Vivian Onuoha has over a decade of experience in operations, business strategy, and multicultural market expansion. She led high-impact initiatives across startups at various stages of funding, from early-stage ventures to growth-phase companies, delivering scalable solutions in food and beverage, last-mile delivery, logistics, and customer experience. She spearheaded several multicultural grocery expansion initiatives for DoorDash’s New Business Verticals. led cross-functional strategy for ready-to-drink beverages, driving growth through retail partnerships, event activations, and community engagement across the West Coast. She built operational frameworks, empowered diverse teams, and introduced new product categories in the RTD and CPG spaces, with a strong focus on customer needs, data analytics, and sustainable execution.
Drawing from her background in startup operations and enterprise strategy, Vivian hopes to teach students how to navigate ambiguity, scale systems sustainably, and cultivate cross-sector partnerships.
