Dr. Simone is a core faculty member of Sofia University and teaches in the doctoral programs. Additionally, she is the Director of the Virtual Writing Lab and the AI project lead for the University. Dr. Simone spent 30 years as a practitioner in Operational Leadership, assisting C Level executives and Boards in the corporate world. During her time in corporate, she led in mostly financial or technology sector companies, creating dynamic and inclusive teams with a strong ethical culture based across the globe.
