We are a university that is led and shaped by the very students that attend Sofia. We are continually developing our niche in the field of transpersonal psychology by integrating ideology and philosophies that contribute to our student’s not only excelling in their careers – but thriving in their lives and the communities they live in.
The ‘Sofia Student Stories’ series is our newest initiative to let our student’s voices tell their story, and in doing so, telling our story. Because it’s our students that keep our doors open and have allowed us to serve in higher education since 1975.
Dr. Adriana Popescu is a licensed clinical psychologist and empowerment coach with over 25 years of experience in the mental health field.
Yon Walls graduated from Sofia University with her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology and she is currently working towards her Doctorate in Transpersonal Psychology. This is her story.
