Cassandra “Caz” Gaddis, PhD Candidate, M.COMM, BPRAdjunct Faculty

Biography:

Cassandra “Caz” Gaddis is a PhD candidate in Transpersonal Psychology (expected grad 2027) at Sofia University, where she researches how neurodivergent leaders cultivate purposeful impact through entrepreneurship and inner transformation. She is also pursuing certificates in Ecopsychology and Dream Studies as part of her transpersonal studies at Sofia. She holds an M.A. in Mass Communications (University of Florida) and is an adjunct professor in Sofia University’s MBA program.

With over 15 years of experience in marketing, adult learning, transformational coaching, and consulting, Caz brings an integrative and strengths-based lens to her work. She is an International Coach Federation (ICF) certified Professional Coach (PCC), trained in Energy Leadership (CPC, ELI-MP, and COR.E Dynamics in Performance). She has most recently earned the designation of Advanced Certified Coach Graduate (ACCG). Her coaching and consulting practice integrates psychology, energetics, and strategic insight to support ambitious neurodivergent leaders, creatives, and entrepreneurs in building sustainable, soul-aligned success by embracing their strengths and leading from within. In addition to her studies at Sofia, Caz is integrating her diverse background holistically with her studies under the expertise of astrologer and creator of the AstroBrand® Method, Leslie Tagorda, where she’s building upon her learnings of holistic marketing, archetypal frameworks, brand energetics, and narrative identity (expected grad 2026) to support self-leadership and authentic expression in neurodivergent individuals.

Caz lives in Los Angeles with her husband, Les, a seasoned cinematographer currently pursuing his Master’s at the American Film Institute. Together they’re raising two school-aged children, Skylyn and Quest. They all enjoy time on their patio with their beloved rescue dogs, Aura, an energetic two-year-old husky-boxer mix, and Bella, a 15-year-old chiweenie who has mastered the art of couch supervision while burritoed in her favorite blanket. When not coaching or researching, Caz loves discovering family-friendly adventures throughout the city with her family and tending to her extensive plant collection.
