Sofia University is proud to announce that it has officially been approved as a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) participating institution, marking an important expansion of our commitment to serving military-connected students.
This approval enables eligible active-duty service members, National Guard members, and Reserve members to use Military Tuition Assistance (TA) toward eligible educational programs at Sofia University*.
Becoming a DoD MOU participating institution also expands Sofia’s ability to connect with the military community through military education and outreach channels, helping more service members discover educational opportunities that can support their personal, professional, and post-military goals.

Note: Military Tuition Assistance is administered through the Department of Defense and is separate from GI Bill benefits administered by the Department of Veterans Affairs.
*This benefit cannot be used for PhD programs at Sofia.
