Program Overview
The MGL Online is a 36-credit, 12-course practitioner-scholar program designed to be completed in approximately 1.5 years of full-time study. Delivered fully online through 10-week terms, the program combines interactive discussions, applied assessments, faculty mentoring, guest speakers, and global learning connections. Students engage in experiential learning opportunities that culminate in an integrative capstone project, internship, or international cultural leadership engagement, allowing them to apply conscious leadership principles to real-world organizational and societal challenges.

Curriculum:
To receive a Master of Global Leadership degree, a total of 36 units is required for graduation. Applicants are required to have a bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university or international equivalent with a minimum GPA of 3.0. Applicants must reside in states approved by Sofia for the hybrid program (MGL). See the website.

Phase I: Conscious Leadership & Complex Systems (24 credits)
Focus on foundations of conscious leadership, critical thinking, personal leadership capacities, dialogue, collaboration, and organizational engagement, including an initial applied project.
Phase II: Global Business Values & Conscious Leadership (12 credits)
Focus on advanced leadership development, global economy and ethics, technology and innovation, systems change, and final capstone integration.
Capstone development begins in Year One and culminates in Year Two.
