Also an adjunct professor at the Institute for American Universities in Barcelona, he teaches International Business, Global Business Ethics, and MBA-level Financial Management and Accounting, blending real-world insights with student-centered learning. Outside academia, Victor is the founder and principal of Gersten Financial Planning Inc., where he provides fiduciary cross-border investment and tax strategies between the U.S. and Spain, managing assets exceeding $50 million.
Victor holds multiple advanced degrees, including an M.S. in Global Business Leadership from the University of San Diego and an expected M.S. in Personal Financial Planning from the College of Financial Planning.
