Amid the reconfiguration of the world economy, this course examines how global value chains are evolving under technological, geopolitical, and environmental forces. Participants will explore China’s evolving position within the global production network, assess challenges and opportunities in industrial upgrading, and analyze corporate strategies for value creation in the next phase of globalization. The course provides executives with a strategic framework for re-positioning and capturing growth opportunities in a reshaped global landscape.
