Dr. Mary Kay Chess serves as the Dean of Global Business and Leadership at Sofia University. For over 15 years, she has led academic programs for MBA, Ph.D., and DBA students, also serving as chair and committee member of over 25 dissertations. She has served as an executive leader in urban and rural complex healthcare organizational systems, continually inviting practical business innovation through systems thinking and transpersonal leadership. She is a sought-after national speaker for leaders creating resilient communities within the United States. Dr. Chess is also a certified federal reviewer of HRSA grants and manuscripts of Berrett-Koehler.
