Li Jian is a senior psychotherapist, supervisor, and psychology educator with over a decade of clinical and teaching experience. He currently serves as the co-founder, director of the Psychology Department, and chief supervisor at Beijing Shuxia Xinying Cultural Media Co., Ltd. He previously worked for an extended period at the Department of Psychology of the Sixth Medical Center of China 301 Hospital, accumulating extensive practical experience in individual, family, and group psychotherapy. He specializes in depth psychological work with a psychoanalytic orientation, sandplay therapy, clinical hypnosis, crisis intervention, and psychological assessment.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Peking University and a Master’s degree in Transpersonal Psychology from Sophia University in the United States. She has undergone systematic training in psychoanalysis and integrative psychotherapy through multiple continuous training programs, including the China-Norway Program, China-US Program, and China-Germany Program. She has obtained professional qualifications such as National Level 2 Psychological Counselor, National Health Commission Psychological Therapist, Registered Counselor of the Chinese Association of Mental Health, and International Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist.
Beyond her clinical work, she is dedicated to the training and supervision of psychological counselors. She serves as a group supervisor for multiple university counseling centers and corporate EAP programs, leads the design and instruction of the “Psychological Counselor Training Program,” and conducts mental health lectures and services in fields such as national sports teams, educational institutions, corporations, and the judicial system.
She believes that psychology is not only a path to healing but also a bridge to individual life integration and growth. 李剑是一名拥有十余年临床与教学经验的资深心理治疗师、督导师及心理学教育者，现任北京树下心影文化传媒有限公司联合创始人、心理学部主任及总督导师。曾长期在中国301医院第六医学中心心理科工作，积累了丰富的个体、家庭及团体心理治疗实务经验，擅长精神动力学取向的深度心理工作、沙盘游戏治疗、临床催眠、危机干预及心理评估。
她拥有北京大学心理学学士学位及美国索菲亚大学超个人心理学硕士学位，系统接受了中挪班、中美班、中德班等多个精神分析与整合心理治疗连续培训项目。获得国家二级心理咨询师、国家卫生部心理治疗师、中国心理卫生协会注册咨询师、国际认证临床催眠治疗师等多项专业资质。
在临床工作之外，她长期致力于心理咨询师的培养与督导工作，是多个高校心理咨询中心和企业EAP项目的团体督导专家，主持“心理咨询师培养计划”课程设计与教学，并在国家运动队、院校、企业、司法系统等领域开展心理健康讲座与服务。
