She earned her Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) with a concentration in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics and brings over eight years of industry experience in human resources and vendor management across various industries.
Dr. Lawal’s academic journey across three continents has shaped her commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive teaching. She values diverse perspectives and strives to build learning environments where students from different professional, cultural, and academic backgrounds feel seen, respected, and supported. Her teaching approach integrates theory with real-world application and she is passionate about mentoring working professionals and supporting students in connecting research, strategy, and practice to create meaningful organizational impact.
