Dr. Xie has been an adjunct faculty member of Sofia University since 2017 and teaches Positive Psychology – Leadership class in both MBAO and MTPO programs. She received her Ph.D. in School Psychology from Temple University in 2002.  While working as a school psychologist for Fremont Unified School District as well as a Licensed Educational Psychologist in CA, she discovered how significant preventative measures are in education and found her passion in Positive Psychology.  Over the past 20+ years, Dr. Xie dedicated in expanding the practice of Positive Psychology in mental health, parenting and well-being in working places.  She also started leading her own business team since 2020.  Dr. Xie published two books and has been a frequent speaker in national conferences in China.
