Starting from real-world problems in management practice, she has long been committed to the deep integration of theory and practice, as well as culture and technology. During her entrepreneurial experience, she took cultural spirit as the core and technological innovation as the driving force, deeply embedding both into the entire management process. With a solid professional background in finance and auditing, she previously served as Chief Financial Officer of a listed company and worked in audit at KPMG, while also holding the qualification of Certified Public Accountant. Her rigorous quantitative analysis capability has become the core support for her subsequent interdisciplinary research characterized by an emphasis on empirical evidence and practical implementation. Having studied and lived in Japan, the United States, and Hong Kong and Macao, she has accumulated a broad global perspective and cross-cultural understanding, enabling her research to both address local needs and draw on international experience. Through research experience spanning management, psychology, big data, and artificial intelligence, she has developed a distinctive pragmatic research style. She has led or participated in projects such as Entrepreneurial Spirit and Corporate Performance, Quantitative Studies on the Spirit of Educators, and Research on Quantifiable Pathways for the Inheritance of Urban Spirit. These projects have not only produced rich academic outcomes but have also been adopted by multiple government departments and relevant institutions, effectively promoting the inheritance, innovation, and practical application of cultural spirit. As Secretary-General of the Fudan Integrative Psychology Fund, she is widely involved in social activities and builds cross-field and cross-disciplinary academic exchange platforms. At the same time, as Chair of the Professional Committee of Ethnic and Cultural Psychology of the Shanghai Society of Social Psychology, she promotes peer-based programs and innovatively integrates “Eastern culture + psychology + wearable devices + artificial intelligence,” providing practical pathways for cultural and psychological development among university students while further advancing empirical innovation at the intersection of culture and modern technology.
