Biography:

Chelsea Fan is a marketing educator, curriculum designer, and business strategist passionate about bridging innovation with authentic expression. With an MBA from UC San Diego’s Rady School of Management and a background in marketing and communications, Chelsea brings over a decade of practical experience supporting startups, small businesses, and creative professionals in building purpose-driven brands. Her approach integrates digital strategy, customer psychology, and transpersonal leadership to help individuals and organizations grow with intention.

Her teaching style is student-centered, practical, and engaging—rooted in inclusivity and real-world application. She is especially committed to supporting diverse learners through personalized learning plans, multi-modal instruction, and flexible assessments. Chelsea believes in demystifying complex business concepts to make them accessible, empowering, and transformative.
