课程主题：中国传统文化视角下的领导力智慧与决策Course Title: Leadership & Wisdom and Decision-Making from the Perspective of Traditional Chinese Culture
课程以历史为镜切入现代管理，探讨领导者如何在不确定时代重塑精神力量与人格权威。
“修身”部分聚焦领导者的内在修为，帮助学员理解领导力的德性基础。“治人”部分讲解识人用人、团队激励与组织平衡的东方智慧。“决事”部分强调战略洞察与应变之道，借鉴历史人物的成功与失误，培养学员在变局中保持定力的能力。课程通过故事、案例与思辨，带领学员在传统文化与现代管理之间架起桥梁，提升心性格局与决策高度。
Drawing on the classics such as The Analects, Dao De Jing, and Zizhi Tongjian, this course integrates historical insight with contemporary leadership. It explores moral cultivation, team building, and strategic decision-making under uncertainty. Through case interpretation and philosophical reflection, participants learn to draw timeless wisdom from China’s cultural heritage—developing inner strength, composure, and a broadened perspective essential for effective leadership in a turbulent world.
