She holds a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Arts in Bilingual Education from Teachers College, Columbia University. Her background spans K–12 education and higher education, where she partners with faculty and subject matter experts to design structured, accessible, and academically rigorous courses. Mei’s work focuses on instructional alignment, assessment design, learning management system development, and supporting multilingual programs.
