Rosalie Cook, MADean of Student Services

Biography:

Born and raised in Nuku’alofa, Tonga in the South Pacific, Rosalie has been a dedicated member of the Sofia community since 1993. Over the years, she has served in a variety of leadership and administrative roles across Student Services, the Registrar’s Office, Financial Aid, and international student support, developing a deep understanding of the student experience and university operations.

Today, as Dean of Student Services, Rosalie leads with compassion, connection, and a strong commitment to student well-being and success. Her work is deeply influenced by values of community and service, as well as the principles of Aikido, which continue to shape her leadership style and relationships with students and colleagues alike.
