Vlad has been serving as a Designated School Official (DSO) at Sofia University and brings more than 20 years of experience in international education, foreign relations, people-to-people diplomacy, immigration compliance, and the administration of F-1 Student and J-1 Exchange Visitor Programs.
Throughout his career, he has advised academic institutions and organizations on SEVP / DoS (ECA) compliance and the development and management of international programs. His experience includes roles as a Principal Designated School Official, Responsible Officer, and international programs coordinator/consultant.
His extensive experience and deep understanding of international student regulations, as well as institutional and student community needs, contribute to the success of the wonderful ISO team.
