Lloyd Lee is the Executive Director of Information Technology at Sofia University, where he leads institutional technology strategy, digital transformation, and IT operations. With decades of experience across the IT landscape and higher education, he brings deep expertise in enterprise systems, infrastructure, and organizational leadership to support the university’s academic mission and evolving digital needs. Lloyd began his career in IT before transitioning into software engineering, gaining hands-on experience in systems design, development, and emerging technologies. He later returned to the IT field at Sofia University, where he applies both his technical background and his Economics degree from UC Berkeley to ensure strategic, efficient, and future-ready technology solutions for students, faculty, and staff.
