Wei is an Associate Professor of Psychology at the Graduate Center, City University of New York. He received a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. His research focuses on quantitative methods, applied psychometrics, and artificial intelligence, and their applications in management, psychology, and education.
