Biography:

Biography: Vivian Kadelbach holds a PhD in Strategic Management and Development Policies from Universidad Anáhuac México and an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona. She earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Economics with a minor in Art History from the Université de Fribourg in Switzerland. A German national with a global mindset, Vivian has lived and worked across Western Europe, the United States, and Mexico for over 17 years. Her professional background includes extensive experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on operational excellence, strategic leadership, and global initiatives. She is Professor of International Management at Universidad Anáhuac México and Adjunct Faculty at Sofia University. Her research focuses on cross-cultural leadership and international development, particularly in Mexico and the Global South.
