Temitope Asade’s professional journey began in accounting and business operations before evolving into information technology and enterprise systems. Over the years, she has worked with organizations implementing and supporting Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, business applications, and technology-driven process improvements. Her experience spans financial systems, user support, business process optimization, organizational change, and technology adoption. Through these experiences, she developed a passion for helping people understand and confidently use technology to achieve their professional goals.
As both a technology practitioner and doctoral student, Temitope believes that learning is most effective when students can connect academic concepts to real-world challenges. She views teaching as an opportunity to create an engaging and supportive environment where students are encouraged to ask questions, explore new ideas, and develop practical solutions. Her approach emphasizes collaboration, continuous learning, and the belief that technology should serve people rather than create barriers.
Temitope’s vocational goal is to bridge the gap between business and technology while supporting the development of future leaders. She is particularly passionate about helping students gain confidence in their abilities, apply critical thinking to complex organizational problems, and leverage technology responsibly to drive innovation and positive change. Through teaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing, she hopes to contribute to both student success and organizational growth.
