Biography:

Sainaya Brid is a doctoral candidate in the Doctor of Business Administration program at Sofia University, where she also serves as a Teaching Assistant for MBA faculty at the Palo Alto campus. Her doctoral research focuses on examining how organizations can move beyond treating responsible AI as a compliance obligation and begin leveraging it as a sustainable competitive advantage.

Sainaya brings over six years of professional experience in applied machine learning and AI engineering, spanning both academic research and industry deployment. Her work sits at the convergence of AI technology, business strategy, and organizational governance and is passionate about equipping the next generation of business leaders with the frameworks to navigate an AI-driven world responsibly and effectively.
