Monique Patrice Sudduth is an educator, doctoral scholar, transformative life coach, and creative with over 20 years of experience in education, leadership development, and community engagement. Her work is grounded in the belief that meaningful learning begins with self-awareness, authentic connection, and a willingness to explore new possibilities.
As adjunct faculty at Sofia University, Monique brings an interdisciplinary approach to teaching, integrating transpersonal psychology, communication, emotional intelligence, and experiential learning. Her experience spans higher education, K–12 education, curriculum development, professional training, and community-based programs. She is passionate about creating inclusive learning environments that encourage curiosity, critical reflection, collaboration, and personal and professional growth.
Monique holds a Master of Arts in Transpersonal Psychology and is pursuing her PhD in Transpersonal Psychology at Sofia University. Her doctoral research explores awe in natural settings and posttraumatic growth among Black American women with histories of childhood adversity.
Beyond academia, Monique is the founder of Heart2Soul Coaching and a singer, songwriter, and creative entrepreneur. Across these expressions, she embraces creativity, human connection, and transformative learning as pathways to individual and collective well-being. Her approach to leadership emphasizes intentionality, compassion, and the understanding that how we lead ourselves influences how we engage with others.
