Megan Rose is a Silicon Valley Program and Project Director-level leader with a background in strategic design, UX leadership, program management, course design, and content strategy. She specializes in leading cross-functional teams, directing complex initiatives, and translating strategy into execution across enterprise and educational environments.
Throughout her career, she has led multidisciplinary teams and large-scale programs to solve complex customer and interface challenges using qualitative and quantitative data. As a leader, she has spearheaded strategic initiatives, partnered closely with product owners, and ensured delivery aligned with business goals, accessibility standards, and regulatory requirements.
