Biography:

Manali Nagarhalli is a pharmaceutical scientist and business professional with experience spanning healthcare research, drug development, and organizational operations. She holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Bharati Vidyapeeth University in India and a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, where she engaged in research focused on biomedical systems and analytical approaches in healthcare.

Prior to joining Sofia University, Manali worked as a Research and Development Scientist in the pharmaceutical industry, contributing to formulation development, process optimization, regulatory documentation, and cross-functional project execution. Alongside her technical responsibilities, she was actively involved in training and supporting colleagues in laboratory procedures and operational workflows, which strengthened her interest in teaching, mentorship, and knowledge sharing in structured learning environments.

She later earned her MBA from Sofia University, where she expanded her focus to leadership, systems thinking, and interdisciplinary problem-solving. Her academic and professional journey reflects a commitment to bridging science, business, and human-centered learning to support meaningful real-world impact.
