Kwang-Pill Sung, MS, studied Math at Seoul National University, and earned his Dual MS in Math and Computer Engineering at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He has taught at other universities such as Sofia University, Santa Clara University, San Jose State University, UC-Berkeley Ext, UCSC Ext, and Kwangnet, etc. He has been actively involved in Adv R&D of networking software for the U.S. Gov Agencies (NSA, CIA, FBI, DoD, U.S. Weapon Systems, NASA, Lockheed, NAVY, Air Force, ARMY, etc.) and commercial industries (Cisco, cPacket, AT&T, Apple, Madge, etc.). Over 45 years of wide ranging exp, including teaching at the graduate level and conferences around the world, and more.
