I had over 22 years of working experience as a supply chain leader in a few manufacturing companies. A significant portion of my career was spent at a publicly traded U.S. company, where I was responsible for global and Asia-Pacific logistics. In this role, I led a global logistics team to standardize processes, mitigate risks, and improve global logistics operations and services. I also was one of global business process owner who is responsible for global delivery process standardization cross regions and divisions. After discovering my deep interest and passion for training and consulting, I devoted myself to this new field. I mainly provide training and consulting services in areas such as strategy management, leadership development, lean manufacturing, team building and organizational culture for local enterprises.
