Dr. Allen Huang, with a Ph.D. in Education from the University of Alabama and a rich background in Special Education, has been an influential figure in the field of education. Serving as President at the University of the West and later as Provost and Senior VP for Academic Affairs at UNC, he has made significant strides in educational leadership. As President of Global Higher Education Consulting Group since 2009, and an advisor to the Beifang Group in China, Dr. Huang’s extensive experience shapes his vital role in multicultural education initiatives and innovative educational strategies. His career as a teacher, researcher, and administrator adds depth to our Board of Trustees.
