Professor McGregor teaches for the BAPS and MBA programs at Sofia University. She is passionate about her research in the areas of female empowerment, social conditioning, and agency. She has research published on the lived experience of awe and the correlation between grief and gratitude. The completion of her dissertation on The development of sexual agency as effective toward middle-aged women, has led her to research female social conditioning and its effects on agency. Professor McGregor has been published non-academically around LGBTQ+ and women’s issues and is in the process of publishing a spiritual adventure novel.
