For Global Agile Leaders
Sofia University’s Chinese Language Doctorate of Business Administration in Transpersonal Leadership with a Concentration in Economics is delivered in collaboration with the School of Economics at Fudan University, with in-person learning modules conducted at Fudan University. This program combines the academic excellence and international expertise of both institutions blending business, economics, and leadership research with tools from psychology and humanistic education to cultivate leaders who possess strategic vision, cross-cultural awareness, and innovative attributes.
Rooted in transpersonal leadership, this DBACF program integrates academic rigor, self-reflection, and global business perspectives for executives who need to address complex global challenges. The program is offered In Chinese, providing flexibility and accessibility for international learners. Students engage in research-driven learning, leadership assessment, and professional growth within a global cohort of business innovators. Upon successful completion, graduates are awarded the Doctor of Business Administration (DBACF) degree from Sofia University, a U.S. institution recognized worldwide for its academic excellence and accredited by WSCUC.
索菲亚大学超个人领导力工商管理博士（DBAC）（经济学方向）由美国索菲亚大学与复旦大学经济学院联合举办，部分线下面授学习模块在复旦大学进行。该项目充分融合两所顶尖学府的学术优势与国际视野，将商业、经济与领导力研究，与心理学及人本教育的方法相结合，旨在培养具备战略思维、跨文化视野与创新领导力的高层次管理者。
本项目以“超个人领导力”为核心理念，融合严谨的学术训练、深刻的自我反思与全球商业视角，帮助管理者应对当今复杂多变的全球性挑战。课程以中文授课，提升国际学生的灵活性与可及性。

The program integrates Sofia University’s over 50 years of expertise in transpersonal psychology and conscious leadership education with Fudan University’s over 100 years of academic excellence in economics and strategic business innovation. Students cultivate inner awareness and leadership presence through Sofia’s foundation in transpersonal development, while gaining rigorous training in macroeconomics, industrial transformation, and international business strategy through Fudan’s specialized modules. This dual approach develops conscious, visionary, and globally minded leaders equipped to navigate complex organizational and societal challenges.

Structured Blended Learning Across Sofia University and Fudan University
融合式教学模式
Designed for experienced working professionals, the DBAC combines structured online coursework with modular in-person learning at the Fudan University campus in Shanghai. The program requires consistent online weekly academic engagement, critical inquiry, and applied project work, and is designed to be completed without long-term overseas residence.

In the final stage, students present their applied learning Global Project and Leadership Plan for the Future at the Global Business Congress, supported by opportunities to publish through the Sofia Foundation and participate in international summits.

Fudan Collaboration Highlights

Through a premier academic partnership with Fudan University, the program offers participants recognized alumni status, access to a global professional network, and opportunities for academic engagement and applied industry collaboration. Students may participate in selected academic events and enterprise-linked learning activities, while distinguished participants may be featured through official alumni channels or invited to contribute to on-campus forums. The partnership also provides selected campus privileges and priority consideration for future Fudan School of Economics programs, supporting continued professional and lifelong learning.

Curriculum:
Sofia University’s Chinese Language Doctorate of Business Administration in Transpersonal Leadership with a Concentration in Economics at Fudan 索菲亚大学超个人领导力工商管理博士(复旦经济学方向)
DBAC Fudan Chinese Language Program: 54 credits in the Core Program plus 12 credits (4 courses) from the Fudan University Economics Concentration. Full-time enrollment (4+ credits per term) is required for 3.5 years. There are 4-6 credits per term. Full-time status is required for the Chinese Language Doctorate of Business Administration in Transpersonal Leadership with a Concentration in Economics.
DBA复旦中文项目: 核心课程54学分 + 复旦大学经济学方向12学分(4门课程)。全日制注册(4+学分)需要3.5年。每学期4-6学分。DBAC项目要求全日制学习。
