Sofia University at the Awakened Lifestyle Expo

Sofia University is proud to participate in the Awakened Lifestyle Expo, a two-day event dedicated to consciousness, holistic well-being, and personal transformation. We invite our students, alumni, faculty, staff, and the broader community to join us for an inspiring weekend of learning, connection, and discovery.
The Expo brings together conscious leaders, healers, educators, authors, artists, and wellness practitioners from around the world, offering attendees the opportunity to explore new perspectives and engage in meaningful conversations.
Highlights include:
- 65 conscious vendors featuring crystals, wellness products, intuitive readings, gifts, and more.
- 31 transformational workshops covering topics such as consciousness expansion, mediumship, sound healing, somatic practices, past-life regression, and integrative healing modalities.
- VIP workshops featuring renowned speakers including Darryl Anka, JJ Brighton, and William Henry.

As part of Sofia University’s participation, faculty member Dr. Ted Esser will present a workshop titled “Navigating the Storm: From Spiritual Emergency to Holistic Flourishing.” His session will explore pathways for understanding spiritual emergency through a holistic and transpersonal lens, offering practical insights for cultivating resilience, healing, and personal growth.
