Message to Our Graduating Class of 2021

On behalf of the faculty and administration, we would like to congratulate the Class of 2021. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your personal and academic journey.
 
This year’s virtual commencement ceremony will be held on Saturday, June 19th at 10:30 am PDT. We understand that this year’s celebration will look and feel different than our in-person ceremonies, but we’re looking forward to making it a joyous and special occasion for you and we’ve partnered with an agency that provides more of a customized experience for you all! If you haven’t already, please register on the Grad Live platform today so you can chat with your fellow classmates, upload videos and photos, and partake in the class photo, yearbook, and more!

I'm a student, how do I access the ceremony?

If you haven’t already registered, please register on the Grad Live Platform by visiting sofia.graduations.live/.

I'm a family/friend of a Sofia grad, how do I attend?

For friends, family, or anyone else that would like to join the celebration, please visit https://sofia.graduations.live/ceremony/2021/sofia-commencement-june-2021

I can't make the ceremony, will it be streamed anywhere else so I can watch it later?

Yes! The ceremony will air live on Saturday, June 19th at 10:30 am PDT, but we will be uploading it to our YouTube Channel. Follow SofiaUniversityUSA for more updates later next week!

When will I get my diploma?

Once the requirements for your degree have been verified, your diploma will be mailed. Students will be notified via email when their diploma has been ordered. Approximate mailing time is 6 to 8 weeks.

How do I order my transcripts?

Official transcripts may be ordered online at https://tsorder.studentclearinghouse.org/school/welcome.

If you received financial aid during your enrollment at Sofia University, please complete the federally mandated “Exit Counseling” at www.studentloans.gov. Please resolve all financial obligations (if any) by contacting Sharon.Nicolai@Sofia.edu.

Note: Your diploma will not be mailed until all obligations to the University have been resolved (e.g., financial aid loan exit interview and fees owed to the University).
