MATPC and MATPB Programs

This residential degree program complements studies in seemingly distant fields such as applied mathematics, computer science or complex systems, i.e. any program that can benefit from knowledge of human consciousness and transformation.

Choosing to combine psychology and computer science or business brings both practical knowledge and depth and insight to your success portfolio. Understanding positive psychology as an aspect of employee satisfaction is a foundational tool if you plan on moving into marketing, sales or executive positions within a company.

Psychological knowledge is also critical to enhancing computer science skills. Big Data analysis shows that using psychology to understand how the consumer thinks is a critical skill to have as an employee, as it furthers your understanding of human-computer interaction. In fact, in trying to decrease employee turnover, increase productivity and raise customer satisfaction, companies often ask new prospects to submit to a variety of tests, including a psychology based personality test, to determine if an employee will be a great fit for their company.

Career Options. The graduates of our program can choose to work in areas where cognitive psychology and science backgrounds are useful. Fields include for-profit and non-profit sectors in computer science or business fields, or if you are a self-starter, move forward with your entrepreneurial passions.
