We are thrilled to launch another great virtual series hosted by recent Ph.D. graduate, Devi Prem. 

Returning to Serenity is a weekly event that explores how engaging in creative processes such as art and meditation techniques can help to still the mind. Join us every Wednesday, beginning June 3rd through June 24th, as we delve deeper into the benefits of these creative practices. 

Getting Prepared for the Event

Materials: Please have a paper and either a pen, crayons, or any other creative art materials ready to go at the onset of the meeting.  You can also light a candle with an intention before we begin. We will close each series with a meditation practice.


NOTE: The length of the meditation depends on the group present.


We invite you to attend one, two, or all meetings if your schedule permits.

Dr. Devi Prem_Alumna

Devi just completed her Ph.D. in psychology at Sofia University. She is also certified in Creative Expression, 5Rhythms Movement Meditation, and Transformational Coaching and Meditation. Her years of experience with multi-cultural and international students and living abroad add to her competency and humor to face challenging situations. She is the founder of Dolphin Movement.
