General Notes for All Programs
Block Tuition
Block Tuition means that the cost of the program is distributed evenly over the entire period of enrollment. The actual number of units taken in any given quarter will vary and will not impact the cost of tuition for fulltime students.
PartTime Enrollment and Perunit Tuition Charges
Students enrolled in a parttime status as defined by their program are billed on a perunit basis at the rate for the program in which they are matriculating. Perunit charges are always based upon the program in which the student is matriculating.
Excess Units
Each program has a defined maximum enrollment for a quarter. Students who wish to enroll for more units than allowed under the maximum enrollment must pay for any Excess Units at the perunit rate for their program at the time they enroll in the Excess Units.
Audit Tuition Rate
Students may elect to receive a grade of Audit in a course. This must be done before the end of the quarterly add/drop period. These units are included as part of Block Tuition. Any parttime students or fulltime students who have incurred Excess Unit charges will be billed for Audit units. Audited classes do not carry credit towards graduation.
Technology Fee
All students are charged a technology fee every enrolled quarter. (NonRefundable)
